DRESS CODE

Current Outdoor Class Dress Code:

This year, due to unusual circumstances and an outdoor venue, we are relaxing our dress code requirements for all classes.

Here is what you need:

ALL CLASSES:

  • Comfortable formfitting clothing or fitness attire (no jeans or skirts). Leggings and a tank top would be perfect. Ballet attire not required at this time.

  • Hair pulled up away from the face in either a bun or ponytail. This is important! It can get windy outside.

  • Consider wearing long leggings and socks if your class is on the lawn area (see below).

SHOE REQUIREMENTS:

The following classes will meet on the LAWN area:

We don't want you to damage your ballet or jazz shoes when dancing on the grass. We recommend light-weight tennis shoes or slippers with a rubber sole that you don't mind getting dirty (NO saddles, boots or crock type shoes) . For combo classes with tap, we will be laying down individual pieces of plywood to dance on during tap time. Shoes are REQUIRED - no bare feet.

If we have your size available at the studio, we will make sure to get them to you at your next class. If not, you will be instructed to order shoes using our online store. Shoes will be shipped directly to you within 2-3 weeks.
